Every place we accessed was very clean and the food was good
Overall, all the food ,both breakfast buffet and a la carte meals in room service were excellent. The r/s waiter who was a special person, had the best smile of all the staff we encountered. We felt that the reception and restaurant staff could have been relaxed and smiled more.
We did not realize at the time of booking that this is more of a businessman's hotel . Reputed companies put up their staff here for conventions, etc. We were on holiday. ..

Had the food been tasty the stay would had been 10/10
The location & staff is very good. The staff is very helpful
The quality of food definitely needs improvement. They have a good spread of buffet for breakfast & dinner but taste is below average. They are low on staff & hence it puts a lot of pressure on them to give proper service.
